How to order

1. Go to eShop and lodge your order.

Orders are due 9:30pm on Thursday evenings however the earlier we receive your order, the more likely you will be allocated any items that you have ordered that are in short supply for that week. 

 How to pay

We accept the following methods of payment:

1. Bank account transfer

2. Credit card payment via EFTPOS machine

When you make your first order, please select the payment method you wish to use at the top of the order form.  Our bank account details may be found at the bottom of each week's order form for customers wishing to make payment via bank account transfer.  We will call you or arrange for you to call us for your credit card details if you elect to make payment via this method.

We ask that if you are paying by bank account transfer, that you make payment with your order so that it is showing up on our bank statement by the day that we deliver.

Credit card payments will be put through on Saturday afternoons before Sunday deliveries.

Deliveries

We are currently delivering your organic orders on Friday evenings for East side, North side and West side dwellers and Saturday afternoons for Southside.  As our business is new and is in a growth phase, we may need to add another delivery day at some point in the future and welcome your feedback on a day and time suitable to you if Friday evenings and Saturday afternoons are not. Some of our customers also prefer to come to us to collect their order as this incurs a nil packing and delivery fee so please ask us if you are interested in this option.
